As per the Sellers request, we shall activate the "password" that you have assigned within your Confidentiality Agreement that you have faxed to our "listing" office. When your "password" has been activated, you will be able to access the Seller's PRIVATE page. You will then be able to see privy financial information and photos that may be of special interest to you. Employees do not know the business is for sale. CONFIDENTIALITY IS #1 PRIORITY.

I have sold over 200 businesses. I have been on Maui since 1988, own a restaurant, candy bar manufacturing company, and several other businesses and I will be very attentive to your needs. I assure you of my expertise and professional manner in which I will assist in the business sale, tax clearance you will need, and the Bulk Transfer law in Hawaii to protect you from any of the Seller's creditors. The Seller pays any commissions.

NEEDED
As you know, bank financing for a business is tough to get. Most of the time we have owner financing available, however most Seller's liked to be cashed out at a discount. A financial statement must be filled out and returned to qualify you for the required financing for the Seller's approval and to qualify you for the purchase. If you are interested and have other financing, then a letter from your bank qualifying for the purchase and presentation to the bank will be sufficient.

CONFIDENTIALITY - is the number one priority that Sellers require. The reasons are that the competition does not find out, and the employees are not disturbed so there is a smooth transaction.
